Start with the most important

Before doing anything else, check the washing label and use a laundry bag to protect the clothes during washing. This step helps maintain the elasticity of the fabric and prevents it from pulling or snagging during washing.

It is important to use a mild detergent. Make sure it is bleach-free, as bleach can damage the delicate fabrics of pads and panties, making them wear out faster.

Look out for stretched elastic and general signs of wear.

Rinse with cold water after use

Rinse menstrual panties and reusable pads with cold water after each use . This step helps remove as much blood residue as possible and makes them ready for washing.

Trust us, this little effort makes all the difference in keeping them fresh!

Wash thoroughly

When it's time to wash, choose a mild detergent without bleach. You can wash them either by hand or in the washing machine at 40°C.

At the end of your period, you can disinfect them by washing them at 60 °C for extra hygiene.

Completely dry

Make sure your products are completely dry before storing them. Hang them up or lay them flat in a tumble dryer - avoid tumble dryers as the heat can damage elastic and fabric.
