WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF JOINING OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM?
Members receive Love Drops for every purchase and for various actions. These drops can then be redeemed for discounts on future purchases on our website. In addition, you get access to special promotions, birthday gifts, exclusive prices on sets and many other surprises.
HOW DO I JOIN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?
Joining the loyalty program is completely digital and simple. All you need to do is create an account by entering your email address and you will receive an email with a login code. It's free to sign up and upon activation you will automatically receive your first 150 Love Drops as a welcome gift. If you already have an account on our website, you are already part of the program and have received these 150 Love Drops, so you can start collecting benefits as soon as you log in. The more drops you collect, the more your benefits increase.
HOW CAN YOU STOP PARTICIPATING IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?
You can unsubscribe from the Loyalty Program at any time by sending a request by email to hello@femieko.com. Once we have confirmed your request, we will delete your user account, associated data, order history and all Love Drops accumulated up to that point. This action is irrevocable and you will not be able to claim any points or benefits associated with your account.
DO I EARN POINTS WITH EVERY PURCHASE?
Yes, all products allow you to collect points, except for free items that are part of certain promotions.
