1. Why choose reusable pads over disposable pads?

Reusable pads from Femi.Eko® are more environmentally friendly as they reduce waste and can be used again and again, saving you money in the long run. They are made from breathable, plastic-free materials, such as organic cotton and hemp, which are naturally breathable, hypoallergenic and moisture absorbent, keeping you dry and comfortable all day. Disposable pads may contain dioxin, acetone and other dangerous chemicals, while our reusable pads are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they are free of chemicals, pesticides and biocides. This makes them better for your skin, reduces irritation and unpleasant odors, and provides superior comfort and protection with antibacterial properties. Femi.Eko reusable pads can also be washed at 60 degrees for optimal hygiene.

2. Why are Femi.Eko® reusable pads more special than other brands?

Femi.Eko® reusable pads stand out because of our antibacterial tested layer, which uses a sustainable technology with hemp and organic, hypoallergenic cotton. Hemp is extremely resistant to repeated washing and retains its natural oils that naturally repel fungi and bacteria. This makes our pads ideal for people with sensitive skin or folliculitis. Our pads can be washed at 60 degrees, which ensures proper hygiene by effectively killing bacteria, unlike other brands that recommend washing at 40 degrees.

3. How do I find the right size Femi.Eko® reusable pads?

Our reusable pads come in different sizes to suit different flow needs. Liner XS can be used together with a menstrual cup or menstrual disc , or with a tampon, and also works well as a daily panty liner. Sizes S and M can be used both at night and during the day and have a much larger capacity than normal pads due to their superior breathability. This breathability helps keep the skin dry and reduces the risk of irritation.

4. How many Femi.Eko® reusable pads do I need?

The number of reusable pads you need depends on your menstrual flow and how often you wash them between uses. We recommend having at least 6-8 pads, so you have enough for your entire cycle without having to wash them daily. This number may vary depending on your personal preference and menstrual flow . Our pads can be reused every month for up to 5 years, which is equivalent to approximately 300 washes.
